CLINICAL POLYGRAPH EXAMINATIONS
Clinical polygraph examinations can be done for a variety of reasons.

Often times clinical polygraph tests can be used to help with the clinical treatment of sex offenders. Other times, it can be used to help a patient cope or understand actions they've taken.
CRIMINAL FORENSIC POLYGRAPH EXAMINATIONS
As a former law enforcement officer, Eric Duven administers a variety of polygraph tests for law enforcement, government agencies, legal teams, and attorneys.

Post-Conviction Sex Offender Polygraph Testing (PCSOT)
Types of polygraph testing include Post-Conviction Sex Offender Polygraph Testing (PCSOT). The testing is often used when a sex offender's admission is substantially different than what was recorded in court proceedings. It can also be a way for a convicted sex offender who is in denial of their crimes to come to terms with their actions.

Domestic Violence Polygraph Testing
Domestic Violence testing can be used by law enforcement and attorneys for pre-sentencing or pre-trial. The tests will determine the truth of the abuser's statement versus the claim against them. The test can also be used by therapists to help determine their history with domestic violence in order to help treat them.

Criminal or Suspected Criminal Polygraph Testing
Polygraph testing can be used on suspected criminal activity, as well as convicted criminals.

Pre-Sentence Polygraph Testing
Attorneys can utilize pre-sentence polygraph tests to gain better knowledge about their client's whereabouts. Oftentimes, people aren't as open with their lawyer as they should be, and these tests allow the attorney to better prepare their defense.

Duven Polygraph Services can perform pre-employment polygraph testing. This is typically performed for law enforcement and government agencies, but can be done in the private sector as well.
